• Billing cadence: monthly subscription that automatically renews until cancelled.
• Payment method and timing: shown in the Journey Plus checkout before payment. Payment is due at checkout and at each monthly renewal while the subscription remains active.
• Provision timing: Journey Plus access is enabled after successful payment and secure payment confirmation.
• Cancellation: cancellation is intended through the Lemon Squeezy Customer Portal. Email support is available as a fallback.
• Cancellation effect: cancellation stops future renewal. Paid access continues through the already-paid period, subject to the subscription and payment state received from Lemon Squeezy.
• No outcome guarantee: Journey Plus is planning software and does not guarantee visa, immigration, employment, or government outcomes.

JapanStay

• Product: Japan Work Visa & Move Planner, branded as JapanStay.
• Format: one-time digital product.
• Relationship to Journey Plus: included with active Journey Plus access and also available separately.
• Separate JapanStay purchases follow the product and checkout information shown at the point of purchase.
