Journey Plus

Journey Plus is a ¥980/month subscription with no trial and no minimum commitment. It automatically renews monthly until cancelled.

Cancellation is intended through the Lemon Squeezy Customer Portal. If self-service cancellation is unavailable, contact support@jmnet.tokyo for email support.

Cancelling Journey Plus stops future renewal. Paid access continues through the already-paid period, subject to the subscription and payment state received from Lemon Squeezy.

Refunds, revoked access, failed payments, and refunded orders may affect access according to the applicable checkout or subscription terms and support review. This page does not add refund promises beyond those terms.

JapanStay

JapanStay is a JMNET one-time product that is also included with Journey Plus. For separate JapanStay purchases, use the policy and checkout information shown at the point of purchase for JapanStay-specific terms. This page does not add refund promises that are not already shown in that purchase flow.
